1. Services

Digihomestudio provides visual editing services for real estate professionals, including but not limited to real estate photo editing and virtual staging (the "Services").

All Services are provided based on a clearly defined scope, turnaround time, and revision policy confirmed before work begins. We do not guarantee outcomes such as property sales, listing performance, or buyer response.

2. Free Trials

Free trials, when offered, are limited in scope and availability. They are intended solely to allow clients to evaluate our workflow and baseline quality.

Free trials:

• Include only the services and image limits stated at the time of submission
• Do not include revisions unless explicitly stated
• May be discontinued or limited at our discretion

Submission of a free trial request does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Purchases & Payments

If you choose to purchase Services, you may be required to provide billing and payment information. You represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the provided payment method
• All billing information is accurate, complete, and current

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, scope changes, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Revisions are handled strictly according to the scope defined before project commencement.

• Free trials do not include revisions
• Paid projects include a limited revision policy defined upfront
• Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised timeline

5. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, paid projects are delivered according to the scope, reference materials, and service limitations confirmed before work begins.

If a paid delivery materially fails to match the agreed scope, we will first review the issue and may offer a reasonable revision to correct the problem. If we determine that the delivered work cannot be brought into alignment with the agreed scope through a reasonable revision, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Free trial projects
• Requests outside the originally agreed scope
• Style-preference changes not supported by the approved instructions or references
• Client delays, missing materials, or changed requirements after production begins
• Minor subjective differences where the delivered work remains within the agreed service scope

Any published guarantee, if offered, applies only to the specific service, order type, or promotional conditions stated at the time of purchase.

6. Content & Client Materials

You retain ownership of all images and materials you submit to us. By submitting content, you grant Digihomestudio a limited, non-exclusive right to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested Services.

You represent that you own or have the legal right to use all submitted materials and that they do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Digihomestudio unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Accounts & Security

If account access is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Availability & Accuracy

We strive to keep all information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that service descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content will always be error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify Services at any time without prior notice.
